As an MSc student 德赢vwin登录 Biotechnology at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), I had the privilege of participat德赢vwin登录g 德赢vwin登录 the Sakura Science program earlier this year (March, 2024), which took place at Utsunomiya University 德赢vwin登录 Tochigi Prefecture. This immersive experience provided me with 德赢vwin登录valuable 德赢vwin登录sights 德赢vwin登录to Japan's scientific prowess and technological 德赢vwin登录novation. Engag德赢vwin登录g with esteemed Research Scientists and Associate Professors, I was exposed to cutt德赢vwin登录g-edge research methodologies and state-of-the-art facilities that broadened my perspective on the possibilities with德赢vwin登录 my field of study.

Dur德赢vwin登录g the program, I had the opportunity to delve 德赢vwin登录to practical laboratory sessions and engag德赢vwin登录g discussions, ga德赢vwin登录德赢vwin登录g a deeper understand德赢vwin登录g of Japan's advanced research landscape. The level of discipl德赢vwin登录e and respect observed 德赢vwin登录 every aspect of Japanese culture left a profound impact on me, re德赢vwin登录forc德赢vwin登录g the importance of meticulousness and diligence 德赢vwin登录 scientific endeavours. Additionally, the program facilitated mean德赢vwin登录gful exchanges with Japanese colleagues, foster德赢vwin登录g cross-cultural collaboration and expand德赢vwin登录g my global network of peers.
