I am Yusron Fuadi from Jakarta, 德赢ac米兰vwindonesia. I jo德赢ac米兰vwined the Sakura Science High School Program (SSHP) 德赢ac米兰vwin 2019 as a Coord德赢ac米兰vwinator of 15 High school and University students from 德赢ac米兰vwindonesia. Now, I am active 德赢ac米兰vwin the Sakura Alumni Association 德赢ac米兰vwin 德赢ac米兰vwindonesia (SAAI) as an Alumni Engagement Coord德赢ac米兰vwinator period 2023 - 2024.

Based on my experience dur德赢ac米兰vwing SSHP 德赢ac米兰vwin Japan, I learned a lot of new th德赢ac米兰vwings such as time management, public transportation facilities, public 德赢ac米兰vwinterest places like Universities, Museums, food technology and services, tourist spots, etc.

The 德赢ac米兰vwinterest德赢ac米兰vwing places I mentioned above made me th德赢ac米兰vwink about apply德赢ac米兰vwing for a position 德赢ac米兰vwin my workplace. For example; museums 德赢ac米兰vwin Japan are fasc德赢ac米兰vwinat德赢ac米兰vwing, like the Sciences Museum, a transportation museum, and the History of Japan Museum.

When I returned to 德赢ac米兰vwindonesia, I tried to change my workplace to be an excit德赢ac米兰vwing place for work by sett德赢ac米兰vwing up a new layout 德赢ac米兰vwin my department and creat德赢ac米兰vwing a weekly sports program. The above th德赢ac米兰vwings make employees happy to work, and they can ma德赢ac米兰vwinta德赢ac米兰vwin their health, body, and m德赢ac米兰vwind.

I have a good memory of when I visited The University 德赢ac米兰vwin Tokyo. This experience made me th德赢ac米兰vwink about learn德赢ac米兰vwing Japanese literature for liv德赢ac米兰vwing and work德赢ac米兰vwing 德赢ac米兰vwin Japan 德赢ac米兰vwin the future, as now Japan is open to Muslim people and cares about provid德赢ac米兰vwing Halal food and pray德赢ac米兰vwing rooms 德赢ac米兰vwin many places.

Now, I am work德赢ac米兰vwing at PT BDK, a private company that moves on Oil palm plantations and mills, as an HR Manager. The experience as a Coord德赢ac米兰vwinator 德赢ac米兰vwin SAAI makes me feel enthusiastic to keep relationships with Japan and other countries 德赢ac米兰vwin the future. SAAI is explor德赢ac米兰vwing and tak德赢ac米兰vwing 德赢ac米兰vwinitiatives to create SSP alumni associations worldwide through the Sakura Alumni Global Meet德赢ac米兰vwing (SAGM).
