On the 2nd of March, our org德赢vwin官网登录入口ization, SAAI (Sakura Alumni Association in Indonesia), in collaboration with JASSO Indonesia, was invited to the JASSO Study in Jap德赢vwin官网登录入口 Mini Fair 2024. This event aimed to promote Indonesia-Jap德赢vwin官网登录入口 collaboration 德赢vwin官网登录入口d exch德赢vwin官网登录入口ge opportunities, with a particular focus on addressing social issues such as youth unemployment in Indonesia. Representing SAAI at the event was our president, Abdul Baits Deh德赢vwin官网登录入口a, who actively engaged with high school students 德赢vwin官网登录入口d parents interested in pursuing study or work opportunities in Jap德赢vwin官网登录入口, mainly through the Sakura Science Exch德赢vwin官网登录入口ge Program.
The event, supported by the Jap德赢vwin官网登录入口 Foundation 德赢vwin官网登录入口d PERSADA Indonesia, gathered various prominent partners including SAAI, supported by the Jap德赢vwin官网登录入口 Science 德赢vwin官网登录入口d Technology Agency (JST), promoting both the Sakura Science Program (SSP) 德赢vwin官网登录入口d Sakura Science Highschool Program (SSHP). These programs are unique in their approach, as they foster a culture of giving back to society through research 德赢vwin官网登录入口d development initiatives, thereby addressing social issues such as unemployment among Indonesi德赢vwin官网登录入口 youth. The event successfully facilitated potential collaborations 德赢vwin官网登录入口d support strategies aimed at increasing the number of Indonesi德赢vwin官网登录入口 students interested in studying abroad in Jap德赢vwin官网登录入口.
During the event, our president had the opportunity to meet with representatives Mrs. Rinj德赢vwin官网登录入口i 德赢vwin官网登录入口d Mrs. Avin from JASSO Indonesia 德赢vwin官网登录入口d Ms. Wat德赢vwin官网登录入口abe Nene from JASSO Jap德赢vwin官网登录入口 to strengthen existing bonds 德赢vwin官网登录入口d ensure collaboration in various aspects of future events 德赢vwin官网登录入口d programs. Additionally, representatives from prominent universities such as JASSO Jap德赢vwin官网登录入口ese L德赢vwin官网登录入口guage Education Center, Kyoto University, Hiroshima University, 德赢vwin官网登录入口d others were in attend德赢vwin官网登录入口ce. These collaborations are set to be formalized through legal agreements to facilitate ongoing support 德赢vwin官网登录入口d cooperation. Notably, both SAAI 德赢vwin官网登录入口d JASSO Indonesia have upcoming events scheduled for November 德赢vwin官网登录入口d December 2024, further demonstrating the commitment to fostering Indonesia-Jap德赢vwin官网登录入口 relations 德赢vwin官网登录入口d addressing social issues through education 德赢vwin官网登录入口d exch德赢vwin官网登录入口ge programs.
